酿豆腐

酿豆腐是客家人的传统美食
以前我们家很常做这道菜
现在我掌厨 理所当然要做一做这道料理
只是 鱼肉是现成的
妈妈做了大部分的工序 包括加入猪肉 酿豆腐 炸
那我到底做了什么 当然就是把它们闷熟咯
#1 茄子和羊角豆
#2 我们的最爱 腐竹
#3 我们的晚餐
